The culinary team at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa has been busy in the kitchens cooking up the perfect Thanksgiving feast for you and your family on Thanksgiving Day. Four of our dining venues will be rolling out special customized menus on Thanksgiving Day. This year, don’t get stressed in the kitchen. Instead, join us on Thursday, November 24th and leave the cooking to us!

Taking advantage of Kuro’s light and airy ambiance, guests can enjoy a delicious Sunday brunch overlooking Seminole Hard Rock’s award-winning pool. With 10 different food stations, Hard Rock Signature Brunch will showcase a wide selection of brunch favorites, accompanied by bottomless bubbles, mimosas and Bloody Marys. Creative culinary director for Hard Rock Hotel & Casino, Frank Anderson, joins Gayle Guyardo and Bloom to share healthy menu items, and fan favorites. Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s very own Fresh Harvest Buffet is bringing the bubbly every weekend with the addition of Champagne Brunch on Saturday’s. 2 times the brunch makes for 2 times the great food and good times. Enjoy champagne and mimosas to go alongside a wide selection of brunch amenities.
Thanksgiving specials will be served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. and include butternut squash soup (appetizer), roasted heritage black turkey (entrée) and white chocolate croissant bread pudding (dessert).
The property’s elevated variety dining experience will serve a Thanksgiving Day feast between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. ($45 per person, plus tax). Among the items on the menu include traditional roast turkey with giblet gravy, smoked turkey legs, Brussels sprouts with balsamic, pancetta and cranberries, green bean casserole with crispy mushrooms and melted onions and a selection of desserts from Executive Pastry Chef Stephan Schubert.
Thanksgiving Day features will include pumpkin soup (appetizer), roasted turkey breast with sides (entrée) and pumpkin or pecan pie (dessert).
Chef Marc Murphy’s Mediterranean restaurant will be offering butternut squash bisque (first course), wood burning rotisserie turkey with sides (main course) and coal-roasted sweet potato pie (dessert).

Sugar Factory Tampa will be located at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino at 5223 Orient Road, Tampa, FL 33610. Sugar Factory American Brasserie will be open weekdays from 11 a.m. – 11 p.m. and weekends from 11a.m. – 1a.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will be served daily and brunch will be available on Saturdays and Sundays. Sugar Factory Tampa will be located on the Mezzanine level of the casino, overlooking the grand entrance, within the newly opened hotel and casino. The 120-seat full-service restaurant will feature the brand’s signature confectionary, which boasts a 4,000-square-foot, floor-to-ceiling candy wall with over 500 types of candy, including a selection of bulk and novelty candy like the world-famous Couture Pops. Complementing the candy, the café will also offer coffees, hot chocolate, frozen hot chocolate, homemade specialty rainbow doughnuts and pastries in addition to homemade gelato and ice cream.
